  • Founder, CEO & Lead Consultant

    Christine Graham is the founder and CEO of Clear Ambitions. With over 30 years of experience in global payroll, HR, operations and finance, Christine has earned a reputation as an expert in business implementations, payroll processing and compliance audits. An accomplished coach, Christine skillfully built and mentored the Clear Ambitions team to provide businesses seamless payroll support during periods of transition while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Christine also serves as an Executive Director and Treasurer on the executive advisory boards of several organizations.

    Christine’s career spans diverse industries, including FinTech, Retail, Corporate and Manufacturing, where she has worked with high-profile companies such as Canada Goose, IMAX and OANDA. Her expertise has enabled organizations to reduce operational inefficiencies, mitigate risk, and ensure that payroll operations are compliant with ever-changing local and international regulations, tax and labour laws.


    As a Subject Matter Expert with the National Payroll Institute, Christine is regularly sought after for her insights into industry trends, compliance matters and payroll best practices. She has been a member of NPI since 1991 and APA since 2019. Christine is a skilled coach and facilitator with decades of experience developing teams in both corporate and community settings. She is trained in John Maxwell's leadership and coaching techniques enhancing her effectiveness in leadership and organizational growth, and is now working on her IFC coaching certification.
